Well, she treats people badlyyyy.
Customers and staffs.
She’s is a good person, but this kills me.
It requires a lot of audacity to be disrespectful but it gives us the right to show our boundaries.
getting home after a day working with her was so draining.
Because I’d ignore some of her silence treatments, but still, it is hard to spend 8 hours with a person with so much infantile behaviors .
I was just honest, I might’ve hurt her feelings.
I said one of the staffs left because of her behavior.
And that she keeps saying nobody talks to her about certain things but she should know that that is literally the reason nobody does.
I said to her I’m grateful for the opportunity she gave to me but it didn’t give her the right to treat me like that.
She got on defensive mode at first.
But then apologized to me.
I said I like her and that that make things worse because it was way easier to tell her to go to that place…
She said she likes me as well, and if she ever does that again, Please I let her know.
She almost cried me to…
Now, I’m sure now she must be thinking abt the things I said.
I feel, though, like this was a heavy thing to say but necessary since it was affecting the whole environment.
Hope she is fine and don’t treat at least me like shit anymore.
