New promotion and following 3 bitter situations with new manager

A team member got spoken over in a meeting multiple times, manager asked me a question, everyone paused, I let the person getting spoken over to share his thoughts, manager rudely tells me “I am asking YOU a question”. Team member again doesn't get to talk what he wanted.. I misunderstood manager's question, started replying based on my understanding, manager went “NO NO NO NO THAT IS NOT WHAT I AM ASKING” instead of ” let me rephrase my question, maybe we are not on the same page” Went 4 minutes late to a meeting, manager says “I had to cut my workout session short for this meeting” I said sorry you had to wait 5 minutes. He had been late to meetings with me multiple times. Please advise on what would you guys do? How would you take this behavior? Talk it out with the manager in hopes to…

Talk it out with the manager in hopes to change the way he reacts to certain things OR that would be waste of time and need to move on?
