In my old company, I had told my manager that I’ll be leaving because I want to go for higher education.
After leaving and a couple of months later I changed my plans and decided to explore the job market again.
i applied for a new role at a new company and during the interview process I mentioned that the reason for leaving my old company was due to the issues with the comfort zone.
Today my recruiter reached out to my manager for a reference check and I’m worried whether my recruiter had found out the actual reason why I left my old company. I’m stressed out and don’t know what to do!!!
