Stood up against favoritism at work, nearly got fired for it.

Long story short, there are some people at work who has more rights than the rest of us, but there's one specific colleague who doesn't do any tasks required for her position (she's a trainer who doesn't do the job she teaches anymore) due to her health issues (she's been in a very minor accident 6 months ago, and she claims that her back still hurts), but it doesn't stop her to do a very similar task which is just as phisically requiring as the job she teaches. I pointed it out that I'm trained to do several other things, so they can easily ask me to do something else, they scheduled me for another task, and when that was done, they forced me to do the boring one, or I can go home and don't have to come back anymore.

I have plans for handling this properly, but it takes time, wish me luck.
