Hey,
I’m just wondering if this is legal?
I have a very intense case of covid and have been out of work for about 3 and a half weeks.
My symptoms are insanely awful and I work in a factory, so I didn’t think it would be safe to come back until I feel comfortable on machines and such again.
Technically I’m on probation, but they fired me today because of me not working due to covid.
I can’t find a lot of information online about it.
I live in BC, Canada, If that helps for employment laws and such.
