So i work at wafer fab manufacturing company and we recently had a new CD/Lead at work. She became lead because our new manager is backing her up. But before our new manager became a manager she knew that this “lead” of ours she was the worst person in our area. She's lazy and love to gossip but all of sudden she became our lead. And now our new lead is bossy, she act like she knew a lot but when it comes to speaking English She's 3/10 even in our own language she can't explain properly and avoiding trouble because of explaining. And now me and some of my co-workers is stressed about what she's doing we can't report it to our manager because she's backing her up. One time we have a new people at work and our lead did something to the newly hire and this newly hire report to the H.R but our manager she says something to H.R and our newly hire got fired.
