Have a job interview tomorrow, I will not remove my eyebrow piercing!

I have a job interview tomorrow. It's a credit counseling service for people who can't manage their own money/have debt that needs to be paid off. The sector is legal, for which I recently graduated. Many people have told me to remove my piercing for the interview but I think I don't want to work somewhere where I can't be myself. Even the formal clothing I once bought for interviews are something I regret. I think I have gone too far for employers in the past. This is rooted a lot in a grandfather that raised me and is working class and obsessed with white collar jobs/employers. Since I became more anti-work, I have felt less obligated towards employers & less inclined to change a lot of things about myself. So thanks for that for this sub.
