It’s okay if you’re stressed, the people criticizing you are not considering the reality of the situation.

NATO is as close to war as it can get, oil prices are skyrocketing, Putin openly threatened nukes, and our markets are trembling (aka our jobs are at risk). Anyone telling you to just move on and get to work is ignorant, and/or heartless.
