Never seen that before

I just started working for this person (70yo) 6 hours a day. I was told that I'm expected to cook breakfast and lunch, tidy up, do the dishes, some laundry, and in general the daily cleaning. 2 meals included a day I was told. Sounded normal to me. It hasn't been a week and I'm already ready to quit. For starters, the man is old and bored. He will sometimes follow me around the house and check what I'm doing while giving me advice (even on how to make tea yes). He used to be a chef and is really picky.

The 30yo son lives next door but uses dad's kitchen to cook. He always comes as soon as I finish in the kitchen and leaves everything lying around and dirty.

He also uses daddy's bathroom for his number 2s (he actually comes to the house only for that purpose, usually right after I have cleaned said bathroom and mopped floors).

Lastly, he is using his dad's washing machine all day long to wash his client's clothes, meaning I have to put off doing laundry for days at a time until there is so much that the dad actually says something. Son actually tried to have me do his client's loads (not joking).

I am not in charge of the shopping, so I have to write everything down for the dad and remind him everyday. We ran out of bleach 2 days ago, went a whole day without toilet paper, and they gave me only one rubber glove to work (the other one is somewhere in the garage apparently I was told to find it).

Somehow I was put in charge of cleaning the patio and picking up dog poop as well. But they don't like me petting the dogs because “they lie down where they poop and can carry germs”.

I have one day off a week and while I am gone the make more mess than me in a week. They don't even do the basic cleaning meaning that when I arrive the sink is full of dishes, the floors are sticky and there is trash everywhere. They still expect breakfast to be ready at the same time though.

Today I was told by the dad that cooking was definitely not my thing and that all I knew how to cook was pizza (which I have never cooked at their place, like ever). I had 15mn left on my shift when he proceeds to cook a nice juicy steak for himself, eat and let me clean everything, before asking me “what about you what are you going to eat? Maybe you should make yourself a salad”.

I have never ever seen that, it's unreal.
They don't even know my name, and I am paid the equivalent of $90 USD a week.
