Company handled retaliation/harassment directed at me from a manager by terminating me…

Summary: Manager retaliated against me by cutting my next weeks hours after I called out sick(per their policy), another incident is when she sent me home for being 6 mins late(I had called to inform, no answer). This brings me to 2 days ago, when I had complained to (the big boss)a corporate lady about my issues since I had no answer from HR. Lo and behold I walk into work and am instantly terminated – and I quote “for changing my availability”. Fine. Missouri Is an at will state. I have contacted HR for a Letter Of Termination. They can expect an unemployment claim before the days over. I’m not really sure the logic behind firing me for making noise about workplace harassment, however I can assure you I will pursue this.
