Only weeks into my initial probation period as a trainee, my trainer stopped telling me I wasn't doing things his/companies way. Weeks later out of the blue, boss/trainer tells me they think I am “untrainable” because I am doing certain things my way instead of the company's way (but that I am good at it overall). They decide I need to restart probation and training. I don't think these people know how to train or what a probation period means. They have a long time employee that they also seem to have decided to be untrainable and is basically not doing anything right, has to be fixed constantly but they don't seem to want to fire (felt like I was a shoein to replace said person before bombshell). Feeling like they just needed help for a few months and don't want to pay for a hard worker that can get the job done with a few mistakes AS A NEW TRAINEE!!
