So recently most of the employees have been getting together and discussing asking for raises because of inflation. Corporate apparently caught wind of it and a few days ago they randomly changed our job titles from “Business Development Assistants” to “Account Specialists” in the name of “Clearer job descriptions”. I was laying here thinking about it and it dawned on me. So I did some googling and sure enough, talking to some management who also got their titles changed, they found out their titles dropped about 20k a year as well.
