I was one month away from having my first born and my “manager” was a sorry excuse for a man. Spent all day texting or on the phone, barely did any work. One day he told me “ you know there is always stuff to do so keep busy “ during a slow week in which he literally watched youtube all day and made phone calls. I called him out on his hypocritical behaviour and he exploded. Called me every name in book started saying things made him look like a crazy person. The owner and operations manager did absolutely nothing. Which is illegal in my province. Should be a zero tolerance for violence. The O/M’S way of fixing this was to cut the “managers” tasks in half and give them to me. A normal person would have been fine with this. But not this clown. This joke of a man continued to harass me for two weeks. Every little bit of harassment was reported but yet literally nothing was done. I ended up leaving due to concerns about my mental health. Nobody should ever ever ever have to out up with that. Keep in mind i had a child on the way. This is a criminal offence as far as im concerned.
