Instant Suspension

Just received an instant suspension from my employer regarding a breach/misconduct issue. It is suspension with pay, and I have requested information about the policies that I wasn't aware I was even breaking. I struggle quite badly with my mental health and remembering/taking in information can be a big challenge and sometimes I need guidance with these things. This is also my first full time job in 6 years due to disability due to said mental health. I've scrolled through the policies and can find a couple of things I've done which come under gross misconduct and obviously didn't have any clue they were, as I am aware we are constantly monitored (why the fuck would I do it if I thought it wasn't allowed?) Just received an instant suspension from my employer regarding a breach/misconduct issue.

I've scrolled through the policies and can find a couple of things I've done which come under gross misconduct and obviously didn't have any clue they were, as I am aware we are constantly monitored (why the fuck would I do it if I thought it wasn't allowed?)

I've also been around seniors the whole time who have never warned me or gave me a heads up that what I was doing was wrong. I don't even remember signing anything saying I knew these things.

Gross Misconduct seems to be the highest level offense and I'm absolutely devestated. This job was perfect for me and I've loved every second of it. I am one of the top performers in the company, get on with everyone and really enjoy what I do.

It's hard to remain positive and think they might hear me out and give me a first and final warning deal, as it seems gross
misconduct is grounds for an instant dismissal.

In reality, am I fucked? I won't hear from them until next week and I'm pretty sure nothing I say or do is going to prevent them from giving me the chop.

This sucks.
