So my brother works at a local liquor store and the boss has been taking their tips. He also says they can’t have breaks unless they ask first. My brother is 21 and didn’t even realize all this was illegal. The boss also makes him do all the manual labor because “he’s a guy.” What should he do? Keep in mind we are both pretty low income but I am feisty as hell.
