“I’m not saying I could hire someone else… but I could”

My boss and I had a meeting today, she says that it seems I don’t want to work anymore. She asked what was going on and why I was acting differently, that for the past couple of months it seems that I’m having mood swings, and that I can’t let my personal life get in the way of work. Basically she doesn’t like that I’m standing up for myself and disagreeing with her when she’s wrong, but then she says “I’m not saying I could hire someone else but I could”, and says that I should talk to her if anything is wrong or I’m not feeling great, but honestly I’m just tired of her and the other obnoxious people at work. She says that I’m being rude to others, that I’m talking back, that I’m refusing to attend to our employees (we’re HR) but tbh I don’t really care.…

I try to be nice to everyone, I really do, but I’m definitely in the wrong business and I hate it, and I’m stuck and don’t know what to do.
