Interviewer ignored my emails after I had to cancel

I applied to a shooting range to be a Range Safety Officer, as I have extensive firearm knowledge, military experience, and 5+ years of retail and security-related work experience. The first interview went very well, and the interviewer wanted me to come in at a later date to do a second interview with someone else. We scheduled the interview a few days after the first one. The day came and I received news that my best friend committed suicide THAT day, so obviously I wasn’t going to be able to come in for the interview. I emailed the interviewer explaining what happened, and they said I could email them back whenever I felt ready to come in. I emailed like, 2 days later, and I got no response. I tried emailing again 2 days after that, again, no response. I then looked on their website and saw that the position…
