I work in the dental field as a dental assistant working in a peds office right now. Yesterday it was brought to my attention that my “demeanor towards co workers, doctors, families/parents has been very negative” it kills me because if this was a “problem” and I were actually doing these things. Why wait for it to boil over?? I asked my manager why she never told me about these things and there was no real answer or explanation. I know my clinic lead and her best friend who she recruited to work with us is trying to fuck me over. This best friend of hers is as lazy as all get out, plenty of staff have reported about her work ethic which is pretty much non existent. But I get a verbal warning??? Plenty of people vouched for me yesterday in terms of my work ethic. So I’m not believing this bullshit and I know what I bring to the table as an employee, but it’s just a damn bummer.
