Arguing against quiet quitting is normalizing obvious wage theft

While there’s countless of posts arguing that quiet quitting is a dishonest work ethic from the employee’s action, why can’t we see that doing more then acting your wage is wage theft that’s normalized by the employer to the employer’s benefit? Notice that the main stream media outlets aren’t talking about the other side of the coin? I’m guess it would be bad for ad revenue, but maybe I’m just eating too much avocado toast.
