Right to work state – what rights do I have? HELP

Which if you know you know, you can be “let go” for just about anything with no repercussions… he said she said. Now my boss ain't stupid and he's given salaries but no contracts (so nothing in writing saying this is your salary). I have 2 weeks paid vacation, if I take off any more than those days they are deducted out of my pay like I'm an hourly employee. This seems extremely unfair considering that I tend to work 60hr weeks and this is a 40hr salary… however that is course has only been said in the meeting room when given the salary. Is there a law against this, how should I bring it up to the payroll manager?
