Walmart I work at has denied multiple of my time off requests with the reason given of “No Coverage” when all I hear from the part time employees is that they always get their hours cut and they want to work more. They say the managers tell them there are no available shifts.
On top of this my manager knew this weekend i requested off was to visit someone I only see once every 1-2 months, her response was “I don’t mean to make you upset, I’m just doing business”
Remember that you’re just numbers on paper to them.
Edit: I’m 100% still visiting the friend, I’m saving up to use it all for what I can and calling off the rest.
