I’m in the process of starting a new job, and while doing all the random orientation stuff on the computer, there was a 12 minute video about this. While I appreciate the sentiment, I’ve never felt like this goes over well at any job. They always push the agenda about not getting other people sick, but the minute you call in, they treat you like you’re letting everyone down. I hate it. If I’m already feeling sick, I don’t need to make myself more sick dreading calling in.
