Said crew being a total of 3 people, and we had a line out the door. AND, we were turning away half our customers due to lack of supply.
We successfully refunded it but due to it being 3rd party it wouldn't cancel on the delivery service' end. So the customers didn't cancel it after being told it was refunded, they instead sent 3 more delivery drivers, I believe costing more money to both delivery drivers and store. And no, we do not have control over our own store's page on the delivery app.
I hate online delivery apps from both sides, and I hate the state of the food industry. I could write an essay.
