Does anyone else feel that HR departments have gone into a state of denial about what’s happening? That people are done with being slaves and working themselves to death? My company HR keeps pushing the same old “development” programs where you do insane amount of work outside regular hours and have to do like 5 am concalls or 6-8 pm calls to accommodate global participants? Are you kidding me? HR departments need to get a clue
