My employer doesn’t seem to care that I have a disability

My employer doesn’t honor doctors notes, so if you call out sick and don’t have sick hours, it’s unexcused. Two unexcused absences within a year is a write up. Sick hours accrue VERY slowly. I told them very early on that I have chronic migraines and fibromyalgia. I put it on my application and I have it in my medical records. I’ve had to come to work in excruciating pain, but every time I try to bring it up they just go “oh well…you need to figure out how to make it work”. I can’t quit this job because I have rent to pay and other jobs aren’t paying nearly as much (I get paid 17.80 an hour which should tell you something). I have no idea what to do. I’m sick of driving to work while trying not to puke the whole way there and knowing I can’t back…

I have no idea what to do. I’m sick of driving to work while trying not to puke the whole way there and knowing I can’t back out. I’m only part time (even though I worked 40 hours a week but recently had to cut back) so I have no benefits and no job protected leave. I feel stuck. How should I approach this?
