Safelite autoglass abuses it’s technicians with an ungodly amount of work and I don’t know how it’s legal.

Throwaway because Safelite also searches out any badmouthing just to try and keep an image. But I was curious to know if the practices of Safelite autoglass are even legal? They have mandatory 6 day weeks, they will soon be requesting everyone work a Sunday once a month on that as well. The days they usually expect are 8am-5pm but they also want to extend those to 7am-6pm. In my particular case my shop is understaffed and they have refused to let up on the workload. So they expect some of these guys to get done like 12 windshields when even 6 windshield is a full day's work in the industry. They have even recently started to demote technicians who have been there for years because they don't sell enough overpriced wiper blades. Some guys I have worked with who have been there for 30 years were given pay cuts…

The state where I'm particularly referring to is Pennsylvania but I know some other states have it even worse.
