This weekend is the last long weekend of the summer yet my son’s school board keeps insisting that the school year needs to start BEFORE the weekend.
Worse yet, he didn’t start Monday. They have them starting in the middle of the week to try and ruin any plans for the long weekend. They state that they need the few extra days in order to get the required amount for the year.
We said F**k that! He will attend Wednesday morning to get his locker and desk. Then we are pulling him and going camping. This is early conditioning and we won’t stand for it!
