don’t be afraid to quit!

Wifey just moved into a new role, paying $78/hr. Turns out she has to manage three egos and schedule meetings, and not the role she was promised. Their expectations are unrealistic, and demands don't fit within any kind of balance. Every time she tried to implement some meaningful change, she got nothing but pushback—this is how we do things. She tried to have a conversation with them about these things but got brushed off, so she quit today, told the supervisor it's not a good fit. This project, mind you, is three years running, and still in the planning stage. She would be the fifth DM they hired for the role. Manager called her back and begged her to stay, convinced her to give it another week LMFAO!
