The interview was super informal, and they mentioned that they had a high turnover rate. The job is a seasonal one, so I can understand why. At training the managers are super nice-providing snacks, buying lunch, that sort of thing. The job does require travel, but they said it was infrequent; however, I just got a schedule from them and I am going out of town just a few days after I start working. Overall, things seem rushed an unorganized. I need a job and this job pays decent, but I am thinking I may have better luck with hours and stuff elsewhere. Thoughts?
