Jacked up my back this past weekend, sciatica is an issue I deal with from time to time. Out of PTO I still took yesterday off in hopes the extra day off my feet would help. It did until I tried to climb up into my truck this morning. I can’t afford to take two or three days off for my back. My employer has no issue giving me the time. But I’m allotted 5 days of PTO a year and ya know I just had to take a spring break.
