Put in two weeks notice but want to change it to one week

To make this short, I started my current job in June as I was dealing with health issues and was told this role would be more structured and less work than my previous consulting role. I really liked a lot about my last job but I wasn’t taking leave to get help and it just got out of hand. However, it turns out it’s a ton of work!! I put in my two weeks notice on Friday, but I kind of want to make Friday my last day so I can have a week to relax. I’m just going to pretend this job never happened and leave a two month gap on my resume. It’s also a remote job on the other side of the country and I just know we won’t cross paths.

How should I word it? I’ll deal with the consequences and know it’s shitty to do in the professional world but between my health stuff finally being better and the mess of this, I just want a break. Thanks so much!
