Got offered a raise, not sure how to feel. It's a 10% raise on my current salary but inflation is 8.5% this year. So, math kids, how do I find the percent increase in my salary that's adjusted for inflation? Might be the wrong sub but yk I hate my job and I want to quit bc I'm underpaid and overworked so… been lurking in this sub a while now, the posts have really helped me reevaluate my worth and see how company screws me over.
