I am so sick of feeling guilty about calling in sick. I could be in the hospital dying and I’d still feel guilt about not being at work. Knowing we’re understaffed makes it feel even worse. Feels like I’m not showing up for my team. I know I’m doing what’s right for myself, but this guilt is eating away at me.
