I'm not 100% sure this should be posted in this group, so feel free to remove it.
Has anyone ever had a boss that just clearly disliked you. Was just constantly on you about everything and even when you were able to show them that they were wrong they wouldn't even acknowledge that.
If so has anyone just set up a private meeting with them and say something to the effect of, I am asking you to just level with me. I believe you dislike me and if you had a choice I wouldn't be on your team. Is you end game to ultimately get rid of me. And if so, can you just be honest so I can start making plans to find other employment?
I am treating this as a completely confidential discussion between you and I and am willing to sign a confidentiality agreement that I will not disclose what is said to anyone else in the company including HR?
