I was hired for an slp assistant position at a school and told that I was going to be able to run sessions with small groups of students
Then I disclosed my disabilities
Now at the end of my first day I’ve been told that I’m not going to be doing that
I don’t know if they lied to get me in the door or if their opinions of me changed in a day
What the fuck can I do about this
In my last ta job the teacher didn’t let me support the rest of the class aside from my one to one even though I am a fantastic teacher because she personally didn’t like me
What if this is happening again
