Is this legal? Employer docked pay for last week

So basically I work overnight at a 24hr gym. This gym used to have two night employees, one to stand at the desk and one to do janitorial work, each were paid $13.75. They decided to combine this role and that's what I do now, at $20/hr. I looked at my paycheck today and it was almost $200 less than it normally is. I texted my manager, who said that because “not all the cleaning was done”, she only paid me $13.75/hr for all of last week. She said she checked the toilets one day and there were stains on them, which idk maybe I forgot to clean them, but the fact that she didn't talk to me at all and immediately docked my pay rubs me the wrong way…
