It’s a well known phenomenon today that the majority of decent paying jobs require a college degree, even a degree that has nothing to do with the job.
My grandfather suggests that this was a byproduct of the Vietnam war, during which the ‘Ivy League Pansy Asses’ would continue their college educations extensively, or be given ‘critical infrastructure occupations’ by their wealthy parents, in order to remain ineligible for being drafted into military service.
He postulates that the ‘pansies’ were placed into leadership positions by their ‘bitch-daddies’ due to nepotism rather than merit, or attended an exceptional amount of secondary education in place of life experience, and were similarly elevated without cause.
He concludes that these ‘bitch boys’ grew up to be a bunch of ‘necktie wearing mouth breathers’ who found themselves in positions of power for which they were ill suited in terms of experience or demeanor. They then went on to be ‘a bunch of entitled braindeads’ who were running corporations and dictating policy despite being completely out of touch with the real world.
Your thoughts? He genuinely wants to know.
