Basically I'm an IT technician. I started working at a company a couple of months back that sounded great in the job description, but since I started, I hate it, not just the job, but the boss too. He's demeaning and acts like a nice person, but has insulted me in private multiple times and I'm quite fed up.
However, the other guys I work with are really nice and they've put a lot of effort and costs into training me and bringing me up to speed, I can't bring myself to quit. I need to make it seem like it's not my fault that I can't work there anymore.
I just don't know the best way to do it, I've thought of getting fired for something egregious, but I don't want it to ruin my chances of a future job in IT, so it would need to be subtle and accidental.
Any ideas? If this isn't the right place, I'll take this down
