Owner neglects obvious safety issue

While moving this pallet to be unloaded, some of the blue totes underneath had shifted and come off, leaving an entire corner unsupported. We told our forklift operator and our boss/owner that we would need to take the first half off before doing anything else or it would fall. After being given this information, we were told “No.” And that she “wanted it unloaded the way it is”, so we did. And of course once it hit the concrete, like we said it would, it fell. Fortunately, no one was hurt. I should also point out, she left the moment we started moving it, and conveniently came back once it was cleaned and asked “what happened?”
