Anything over 8 hours a day should count as overtime.

How convenient it is that my 8hr M-F job always seems to meet the conditions for mandatory 2hr overtime (10hr shifts) everytime there is a short work week. It's almost like they're trying to take advantage of the law to work us extra hours without the required extra pay… So much for “Labor Day”..
