My boss decided to not compensate me for my overtime worked. My paycheck states that I made my regular hourly wage for every hour of overtime I worked instead of a time and a half. When I called him about it just now he told me he’d pay me back for it in cash tonight before I start my shift. If I had something else lined up for work, I’d pick up the money and never come back. But, I need to work tonight for the tips if I want to make this month’s rent. Definitely already started applying for other jobs, but I’m really wishing there was another way.
