Just started work at a small office company in a senior position. We’re all working from home most of the time. But, it seems my new boss likes to dictate emails he wants me or my colleagues to write, and often to find emails for him (he has them too) we may have or even show the calculator app for him and tell us what sums to do. Neither of us are dummies and we have lots of experience so far in our careers (40+ ages).
Today whilst dictating another email my colleague started to delete a sentence he wrote and the boss gave out a high pitched yelp telling him to no..no..no..no..no! I asked what was that, and that he nearly gave me a heart attack. He told me not to be so sensitive!
I mean wtf, I’ve worked with/for some peaches in the past but I really want to punch this guy. Can’t see myself being there much longer.
Any thoughts?
