So I work for USPS. I've been there for almost 5 years without any problems I have a clean record. Early this summer one of my managers started this trauma cycle where she would give me too much work and I would say hey I'm supposed to leave in 8 hours I'm not on the overtime list this is too much for me to do to which she would respond “just take it with you” “just do it” roll her eyes and shove me off and then when I'm not able to finish what I told her I couldn't finish I then get yelled at by the closing manager. She only gave that treatment to me, but everyone else in the post office she compromises with them, giggles with them and eventually I'm like what's going on. After having a panic attack Saturday I decided I wasn't doing this anymore so I put my two weeks in. Now both my management and my union want to hear from and work with me to keep me but no one wanted to help me when this was going on or record what was happening daily. I've now found out that she almost got fired for giving an employee the same treatment at a different station. This whole time while I'm asking for help My union and my management gas lit me and told me I need to get help myself with my doctors all well this woman almost got fired last time she did this but instead got transferred to my station. She had a track record I don't, I reached for help from both sides of Union and management all summer and no one wanted to hear me until now that I got my foot out the door.
