My manager has stopped interacting to me because I did not approach her during my appraisal period. She told me I would be getting 18 percent raise and I outrightly said NO to that.
Then, I told her my expectation and she denied to take it further. Finally, I found someway through HR and higher management and I got my 30 % raise.
But, my manager has stopped talking to me and screamed once that why people don’t come to her.
She is biased af and I don’t talk to her too. I maintain decorum and speak only when it requires.
