work is driving me to commit…

I've worked at the same place now for 5 years, last year I started to but heads with my shift leader and got moved to another unit. I made the best of my situation and became one of the stronger team members. Recently the new deputy manager has chosen to get rid of the units and started putting me back with the shift leader that's tried to get me the sack. Every time I'm on shift with her I feel like there's a target on my back, i can't raise my concerns with being laughed at by the day staff. I've had intrusive thoughts before (normally when I'm stressed) but it's been awhile since I've had it while at work. I'm wondering if it's time to move on or do I screw this cow over and make sure I don't work with her again?
