My manager told me to pack it tight like a man’s ass…I’m gay.

I just started working at UPS this week. Second day on the job and my supervisor is advising me on how the fit the remaining boxes into an already stuffed truck. He tells me I’ve gotta pack it tight like a man’s ass. I respond “wait, what was that” to make sure I heard him and to see if he’d repeat himself. He says it again…I acknowledge and brush it off. I have worked and still work in an industry where men like to prove their masculinity which puts me in an uncomfortable position because though I look like a bro, I don’t relate to anything they are saying, so to have my supervisor say that kinda killed it for me. I would take less offense if it were a coworker but shouldn’t a supervisor have training toward sexual conversation while at work. I don’t know maybe I’m being too sensitive about it.
