My former boss never approved PTO, and if I wanted time off, I had to call out “sick”. One of the reasons I gave was “upset stomach”. She said that I had to get a COVID test before coming in to work, because upset stomach is a sign of covid. So I went to the nearest urgent care clinic to get one done. When I came in with the results the next day, she said that I had to come in to my place of work for the COVID pcr test. This former workplace of mine is a healthcare center. I don't own a car, and I don't live near it, bus takes about 30 minutes to reach it. I did wind up getting COVID, I took a home test and it was positive. But miss stupid supervisor still wanted me to come all the way to my place of work for the PCR test instead of going to the hospital, or urgent care clinic that were within walking distance near me to get it done. PCR test was positive.
