If I am not mistaken, some countries in Europe tried this model but so far no one implemented it. However, what would you do?
I would spend that extra time on developing websites and apps, as this is something I am doing as a hobby but my learning curve is slow as there is not much time besides working full time. On top of that, I would meet friends and family more often and have more quality time with my partner <3
