How do you bring up the topic of raises and negotiate?

I’ve been working for this small company, less than 10 people running it and I’m the office manager that does everything. Majority of my responsibilities include but not limited to: Writing and designing all of our newsletters Manage the social media (designing, creating content) Inventory/stocking In charge of billing Appointments for 4 providers Getting new clientele for providers Small amount of tax duties Customer support (chat, email, text) I’ve been with the company for almost 2 years and last year I got a 13.1% raise. I’m very happy at my job but definitely should be getting paid more for the workload. My bosses are great people and constantly mention that they don’t know what they’d do without me so they know my worth. I’m just having a hard time advocating for myself. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! TIA!!
