Company has uncertified workers

For context: This is not in the USA, but the Netherlands. I work for a company that provides Security Services in a wide variety of locations. Currently our main locations seem to be refugee centers, hotels and events. I have my certifications for a while now, but it seems the majority of coworkers don't have it. I'm 28 and a big chunk of our staffing is around 19-20 working insane hours (sometimes 90 hours per week). I recently learned that the people in top positions in the company are friends of the owner/owner's wife and only a few of them actually have the required paperwork to actually work their job title. We have a guy who's job is to go about and rat on any worker not doing his job properly, however, properly in this case is judged by someone who doesn't even have the proper qualifications and certifications. So with the above things mentioned, I do like my job. It's flexible and despite the grievances I'm appearently one of the best workers so I get a lot of shit done.

I'd still like to hear how I could go about dealing with the uncertified young guys without it costing me my own job.
